I’ve created a product that allows job seekers to optimize their time in the job market. Instead of scrolling through LinkedIn and other job boards, users can just send their resume to the application and moments later, we will return a list of recommended jobs that a re a fit for the candidate based on their skills, job history and profile. The goal is to improve the experience of job seekers in the market and reduce the noise from low quality job postings.
This is a working piece of software that I’ve developed this year and have been sharing it with friends who are seeking work. It also helped me locate and land my most recent job offer.
